Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brad Beckham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor has chosen Body Head Anthem as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor shoots in for a takedown but Beckham shows good takedown defense.
Taylor closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Andre Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taylor throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Beckham uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Taylor.
Beckham displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Taylor throws out the jab.

Taylor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Taylor tries to close the distance and clinch but Beckham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Taylor is trying desperately to land a takedown but Beckham is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Taylor.

Beckham thuds his right hand into Taylor's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A low kick from Beckham is predictable there
and Taylor counters with a slapping leg kick.
Beckham stuns Taylor with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Beckham dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Beckham throws a good cross that connects.
Taylor with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Beckham to score with a decent uppercut.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Beckham lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Taylor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Taylor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Beckham is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
