Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Guido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muten Roshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guido comes to the cage accompanied by Strictly Business. Ray Guido has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ray Guido!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Muten Roshi!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guido shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Roshi bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Roshi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guido swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Guido closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Guido lands in his opponent's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Ray Guido will probably get the nod.

Guido fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Roshi, pushing him back against the cage.
Guido pushes off an throws an elbow but Roshi leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Guido will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Roshi up against the cage.
Guido gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Roshi.

The is referee keeping an eye on Guido - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Roshi fails to pull the fight into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guido has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Roshi avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Roshi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Guido sprawls well. Guido wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Roshi gets slowly back to his feet.

Guido has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Roshi regains guard immediately.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ray Guido.
Well Guido has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
