Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto misses with a takedown attempt - Hill sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
No luck for Yamamoto with that takedown attempt.
Hill with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Hill gets a clinch.
Yamamoto is working for takedown but Hill is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daisuke Yamamoto. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Still in the clinch, Hill scores with a nice short uppercut.
Yamamoto drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Yamamoto is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Hill breaks from the clinch.
Yamamoto tries for a takedown but Hill sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hill scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Daisuke Yamamoto has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hill tests Yamamoto's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Yamamoto darts in trying to clinch
and Hill counters with a good low kick that Yamamoto was not able to check.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hill rushes Yamamoto with punches - Yamamoto moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Yamamoto goes down! Hill follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
