The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Karagounis.

Alastrasz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Karagounis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
You can see the frustration on Karagounis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Alastrasz tries to score with some ground and pound. Karagounis controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Alastrasz works to advance to full mount. Karagounis defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
BOOM! Alastrasz connects with a massive shot to the dome!
