The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maia just misses with a punch to the body.
Maia has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Anderson.
Anderson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Maia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anderson avoids it really well and circles away.
