Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Ohko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Fertit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ohko might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to They're Coming to Take Me Away. Fertit comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Thunderstruck kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fertit.
Horrible takedown by Fertit or perhaps it was just good defense by Ohko which made him look bad.
Fertit dives in and grabs Ohko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ohko pushes down on Fertit's head and hops out.
Tommy Ohko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Fertit.
Fertit throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ohko's waist but Ohko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fertit off to one side.

Ohko drops Fertit with a left right combo! Ohko follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Mike Fertit has been cut.

Fertit is not content to let Ohko control the position.

Fertit is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ohko pulls his head out easily.
Ohko is looking to take a break and control but Fertit is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fertit is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ohko scores with a couple of nice shots.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ohko in particular looking to stall.
Ohko knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fertit on the ground.

Ohko thows a huge punch but Fertit dodges it nicely.
It looks like Ohko is going to stand back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Fertit shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Ohko manages to break the clinch.
Fertit looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ohko is fending him off so far but Fertit persists. Nope, Ohko circles away and we're back to standing.

Ohko tries to circle away but Fertit has him pinned against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fertit.

Ohko breaks the clinch.

enabling Ohko to counter with a crisp jab.
Fertit closes the distance looking to clinch
and Ohko counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fertit thinking.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ohko looks to land a combination but Fertit avoids it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fertit misses with a takedown attempt
and Ohko counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fertit thinking.
Fertit takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Mike Fertit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ohko drops Fertit with a straight right hand, right on the button! Ohko follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
