Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between San Cristobal Fuente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Silverson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silverson fails to land with a series of punches.
A punch lands to the side of Silverson 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Silverson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fuente doesn't seem bothered though.

Fuente shoots in for a takedown but Silverson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Silverson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fuente moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silverson connects with a nice short shot to Fuente's temple.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Silverson feints and then cracks Fuente's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fuente down.

Fuente has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Silverson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Well Silverson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
