Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Parts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Vanvalkenburg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vanvalkenburg has chosen Enter Sandman - Metallica as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parts scores with a hook to the body. Vanvalkenburg takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Parts ducks under a wild hook from Vanvalkenburg.
A decent looking cross lands there for Parts.
Parts fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vanvalkenburg manages to avoid it.
Vanvalkenburg throws a hook to the side of Parts's head but Parts sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Vanvalkenburg moves out of range of the strikes.
Parts bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Vanvalkenburg's head.

Vanvalkenburg throws a jab but it's blocked by Parts.

Parts throws a jab when Vanvalkenburg was well out of range.
Parts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vanvalkenburg was well out of range. Poor timing from Parts.

Vanvalkenburg closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Parts throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Vanvalkenburg stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Vanvalkenburg walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

A frustrated look appears on Parts's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Parts is trying to break free.
Parts blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Vanvalkenburg pushes Parts back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Parts has had enough of the clinch but Vanvalkenburg keeps him there for the moment.

Parts tries to circle away but Vanvalkenburg has him pinned against the cage.

Vanvalkenburg rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Parts moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Parts throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A punch lands to the side of Vanvalkenburg 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Vanvalkenburg takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Parts flashes Vanvalkenburg a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Vanvalkenburg's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Vanvalkenburg crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Parts punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
