The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traveler throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Traveler misses with a body shot.
Wilson fails with a takedown attempt.

Traveler lands with a straight right. Wilson didn't see that one coming.
Traveler sizes up Wilson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Traveler takes a swing at Wilson's ribcage but misses.
Wilson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Traveler paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Traveler throws a jab but it's blocked by Wilson.

Traveler lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Wilson at a distance.
Traveler digs a good body shot into Wilson's ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Traveler stuns Wilson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Wilson seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Traveler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wilson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Wilson controls Traveler momentarily but Traveler frees himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Traveler fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Traveler fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Wilson to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Wilson looks to clinch but Traveler throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Wilson taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
