PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Fredin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Bruce Ali has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bruce Ali seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, William Fredin!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fredin pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Ali lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fredin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ali is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fredin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ali's back instead.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Fredin is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Ali knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Ali for a finish.

Fredin is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Ali is defending well though. Fredin let's go of the attempt for now.

Fredin has got one arm under Ali's chin. This could be trouble... Ali trying to control the other hand but Fredin gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Ali has tapped out! The fight is over!
