Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henrique shoots in for a takedown but Valcone shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Valcone looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Henrique lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Henrique.
Valcone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Henrique swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Henrique shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Valcone tries to hold on but Henrique postures up.
Henrique is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Valcone is surviving well by controlling Henrique's body position as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Henrique throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Valcone is looking to get to half guard.
Valcone wants to hold on but Henrique pushes him away.
Valcone is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Henrique is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Henrique wants to finish this one by submission but Valcone is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Henrique.
Valcone tries to hold on but Henrique pushes him away.

Valcone tries to reverse the position but Henrique maintains control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Valcone sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Henrique is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Valcone sees it coming and defends easily.

Henrique is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Valcone defends it well.

Valcone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Henrique is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Valcone has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Henrique is looking to defend but Valcone has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Henrique! Valcone pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Henrique taps out and this one is all over!
