Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niko Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and phil baroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders throws a head kick that half lands.

Sanders moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Sanders scrambles and gets back to his feet.

baroni is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sanders.

baroni throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sanders stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

baroni is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

and baroni counters with a right hand to the body.
Sanders tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

baroni lands a hook that stumbles Sanders back into the cage. baroni follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Sanders to the canvas! baroni pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Sanders has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
