Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jasper Corpuz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Drover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Adam Drover enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drover has Corpuz up against the cage in a clinch.

Corpuz tries to circle away but Drover has him pinned against the cage.
Corpuz has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Drover is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Drover unloads a knee to the mid-section. Corpuz lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Drover tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Corpuz avoids it.

With the fighters up against the cage, Drover throws an elbow but misses.
Corpuz goes for a takedown attempt but Drover pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jasper Corpuz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Drover tries to close the distance and clinch but Corpuz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Corpuz shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Drover manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Corpuz's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Corpuz passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Corpuz is working to tighten is grip on Drover's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Drover has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Corpuz is really squeezing tight and eventually Drover passes out! Corpuz breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
