Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerard The Ghost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Booth has chosen Face the pain as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gerard The Ghost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Booth!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Ghost keeps the fight on the outside.
Booth looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Booth doesn't manage to clinch there - The Ghost circles away.

The Ghost rushes Booth and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, The Ghost creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The Ghost swings wildly with an uppercut but Booth uses good head movement to avoid it.
Booth is trying to break the clinch but The Ghost is controlling him.

The Ghost digs a right hand underneath Booth's ribcage. Booth let out a lung full of air as it connected.

and The Ghost counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Booth closes this distance looking for a takedown but The Ghost circles away.
Gerard The Ghost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Booth.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
