Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Syd Barret (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Macgyver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barret kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wild Boys - Duran Duran. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Macgyver shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barret sprawls well. Barret wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Macgyver gets slowly back to his feet.

Macgyver drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Barret manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Macgyver looks gassed!
Macgyver tries to score a power double leg takedown but Barret sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Macgyver somewhat.
Barret lands a really nice looking cross but Macgyver seems unphased.

It looks like Steve Macgyver has been cut.
Barret throws a nice head kick!
Barret lets loose with a powerful body kick. Macgyver will feel that in the morning.
Barret is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Barret fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Barret moves into the clinch successfully.

Barret escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Barret drops Macgyver with a beautiful combination! Macgyver stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Barret is looking for the KO!

Barret connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Macgyver! He's out on his feet! Barret rushes in and drops Macgyver with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
