The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez slaps away a takedown attempt from Luck, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Gonzalez tries to work over Luck's front leg with a kick but Luck checks it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gonzalez.
Gonzalez throws a sloppy head kick and Luck moves out of range easily.

Luck closes the distance and clinches.

Luck works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Gonzalez is trying to control the position from the bottom.
