Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Kray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kray might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Ying Tong Song. Lenny Cole has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kray misses with a two punch combination.
Cole looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kray is fending him off so far but Cole persists. Nope, Kray circles away and we're back to standing.

No joy there for Kray, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cole stuns Kray with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Cole has clasped his hands together around Kray's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Cole tries to advance to mount but can't.

Kray controls Cole momentarily but Cole frees himself.

Cole drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kray dives on top into guard.

Kray would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Kray wants to pass the guard but Cole is keeping the position.
Cole thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Cole wants to sweep here but Kray controlling him for the moment.
Cole bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kray's guard.
Cole is looking to work some ground and pound but Kray has wrist control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kray utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Kray throws a hook to the side of Cole's head but Cole sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kray throws a lazy right hand but Cole sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Kray throws out a loose jab but Cole uses good head movement to avoid it.

Kray smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kray misses with a straight left.
Kray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cole.
Cole walks into a jab.
Kray stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kray throws out a loose jab but Cole uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cole moves out of range of the strikes.
Cole uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kray.
Kray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cole.

Kray lands a left and a right that send Cole crashing to the mat, dazed. Kray thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cole walks straight into a right hand from Kray - that's dropped him! Kray jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cole from any more punishment! Cole complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
