PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrence Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vvierme Llamer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Llamer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Prodigy - Spitfire. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lawrence Wong!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vvierme Llamer!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Llamer both land. Nice combination.
Wong shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Llamer pinned against the cage. Llamer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Wong tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Wong is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Llamer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wong.

Llamer is staying active underneath Wong, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Llamer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Llamer shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wong manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The referee warns Wong that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Llamer loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Wong scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Llamer land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Llamer stands and salutes the crowd.
