The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingkaid shoots in for a double leg but Matola sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kingkaid tries to move into range but Matola moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Matola misses with a two punch combination.

Kingkaid tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Matola swivels and escapes.

Kingkaid has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Kingkaid has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Matola to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kingkaid is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Matola pulls down on the head and he's put Kingkaid to sleep! This one is all over!
