Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Burke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Burke acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean Page!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Burke!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Burke looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Burke.

Burke is trying to get an arm triangle but Page is defending well.

Burke is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Page has escaped the position, nice work there.
Page is trying to improve his position.
Burke trying to control the position but Page is working away.
Page is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Burke's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Page is looking for a sweep. Burke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Page working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Page is looking to take a break and control but Burke is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Burke is looking for a sweep. Page is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Burke should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Page is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Burke is just riding it out for now. Page eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Burke is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Page pulls his head out easily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Page connects with a nice short shot to Burke's temple.
Page slips a nice elbow through Burke's hands, connecting with Burke's forehead.
Burke is refusing to be controlled, as Page sits in half guard.
Burke is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Page tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Page has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Check out the look on Page's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Burke is working to avoid the ground and pound but Page connects with a decent elbow.
Burke takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
