Francis has chosen Toxicity as his entrance music. Steve Francis has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jamal Chambers's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chambers moves into the clinch successfully.
Francis tries to pull guard but Chambers holds him up against the cage and eventually Francis drops back down to his feet.
Francis has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Chambers avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Francis lands a takedown into guard.

Francis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Francis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Chambers working for a triangle but Francis defends it easily.
Chambers could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Chambers has his foot on Francis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Francis works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Francis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chambers swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Francis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Chambers escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Francis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Francis cracks Chambers with a solid left hand.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chambers is on top in guard.
Francis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chambers's guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Francis lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Francis postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Chambers is rocked!

Chambers working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Francis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Francis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oh Chambers is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Francis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

It looks like Jamal Chambers has been cut.

Francis has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chambers's face.
