The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicholas takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nicholas is defended easily by Dang.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nicholas takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Nicholas takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nicholas shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dang as he jumps to the side.
Dang lands a really nice looking cross but Nicholas seems unphased.
Dang lands with a straight right. Nicholas didn't see that one coming.
Nicholas tries for a takedown but Dang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Nicholas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
