Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonah Wasswa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Cannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wasswa comes to the cage accompanied by assassin muse. Matthew Cannon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Cannon stalks Wasswa and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wasswa's face. Wasswa staggers backwards, shaken.

Wasswa postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Cannon is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wasswa, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cannon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wasswa works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Horrible takedown by Cannon or perhaps it was just good defense by Wasswa which made him look bad.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
