Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Baumgardner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goku Sekimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sekimoto has chosen Open Your Eyes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sekimoto throws a front kick that sends Baumgardner stumbling back into the ropes.

Sekimoto rushes Baumgardner and presses him up against the ropes.

Baumgardner has hold of one of Sekimoto's legs. Sekimoto is fighting the takedown attempt but Baumgardner gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Sekimoto is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sekimoto can't keep his opponent in guard - Baumgardner advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Baumgardner is nestled in close to Sekimoto, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Baumgardner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Baumgardner prevents Sekimoto from standing back up.
Baumgardner works his foot free and advances to mount.
Baumgardner has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sekimoto's face.
