Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rashad Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tanchanok Prasoetram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prasoetram has chosen The Way I Feel as his entrance music. Rashad Jackson has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rashad Jackson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tanchanok Prasoetram!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prasoetram keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jackson.
Jackson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Prasoetram rushes Jackson and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Prasoetram's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jackson throws an overhand right that lands on Prasoetram's shoulder, as Prasoetram tries to avoid the shot.
Prasoetram takes one to the chin there.


It looks like Tanchanok Prasoetram has been cut.
Prasoetram avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Prasoetram ducks under a wild hook from Jackson.
Jackson throws a hook but Prasoetram blocks it.

Jackson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Prasoetram circles away quickly and effectively.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Prasoetram really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Prasoetram is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jackson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Prasoetram's back instead.
Prasoetram is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Jackson off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Prasoetram tries to escape but Jackson has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Jackson is trying to stick to Prasoetram's back but Prasoetram is turning into Jackson. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Jackson's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Prasoetram.

That was a close round but I would say that Rashad Jackson will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.



Prasoetram closes the distance and pushes Jackson back into the ropes.

Prasoetram fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jackson sprawls well initially but Prasoetram persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Tanchanok Prasoetram is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Prasoetram shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jackson's guard.

Jackson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Prasoetram doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Prasoetram manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Jackson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Prasoetram can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Prasoetram drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Prasoetram jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Prasoetram got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jackson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Prasoetram has managed to get both his arms back between Jackson's legs - danger averted.

Jackson has his feet on Prasoetram's thighs here. He's pushed Prasoetram off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Prasoetram screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
