Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Julian de Rijger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Babe Truth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Truth has chosen Saturday Nights Alright ( For Fighting) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Julian de Rijger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Truth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Truth doesn't manage to clinch there - de Rijger circles away.
de Rijger closes the distance and clinches.
de Rijger throws a knee to the head but misses.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by de Rijger as Truth tries to tie him up.
de Rijger is pressed up against the ropes. Truth has hold of a leg and is looking to drag de Rijger down to the mat. de Rijger avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
de Rijger lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Truth fails with a takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Truth.
Julian de Rijger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Babe Truth.
Truth shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says de Rijger as he avoids it easily.
Truth changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. de Rijger tries to avoid it but Truth manages to keep hold of a leg and drag de Rijger to the ground. de Rijger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Truth fails to land the takedown.
Truth looks gassed!
Truth closes this distance looking for a takedown but de Rijger circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
de Rijger scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Truth doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice body kick from de Rijger.
de Rijger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
de Rijger dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
de Rijger pushes Truth up against the ropes in a clinch.
Truth avoiding damage as de Rijger throws knees to the body.
Truth is trying desperately to land a takedown but de Rijger is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Truth.
Truth wants a takedown.
de Rijger pulls Truth into guard.
de Rijger is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Truth is controlling him.
de Rijger pushes Truth off and scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
de Rijger fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Truth.
de Rijger cracks the inside of Truth's front leg.
de Rijger misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
de Rijger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Truth looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Truth is not content to let de Rijger control the position.
Truth tries to strike but it doesn't land.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Truth seems a little lost for a moment, as de Rijger dominates the positioning.
de Rijger wants to lay and pray for a moment but Truth keeps working.
Truth on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Truth trying to remain calm as de Rijger controls from the top position.

Truth tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
de Rijger really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
de Rijger decides to stand back up. de Rijger steps back and let's Truth get back to his feet.
Truth shoots and misses
and de Rijger counters by clinching up.
de Rijger turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and de Rijger manages to end up in side control.
Truth is trying to improve his position.
de Rijger lands an elbow.
Truth tries to improve position but can't.
de Rijger wants to lay and pray for a moment but Truth keeps working.
Truth is looking to reverse the position.
de Rijger controlling the position from side mount.
de Rijger wants to control but Truth is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
de Rijger is really struggling to control Truth but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Truth shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. de Rijger is trying to defend but Truth finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
de Rijger wants to get back to his feet.
Truth working over de Rijger with some ground and pound. de Rijger looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Truth maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! de Rijger could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Truth has cracked it and de Rijger is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Truth!
