The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rostov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Warrior takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Warrior dodges the punch combination from Rostov.
Good exchange - Rostov coming out on top.

Rostov gets caught flat footed, as Warrior shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Rostov lands a decent punch to the body there.
Rostov utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Warrior thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Warrior wants to control from the top but Rostov keeps moving.
Rostov lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Warrior!
Rostov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Warrior tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rostov with shots to the head and body - Warrior looks very uncomfortable down there.

It looks like Fedor Warrior has been cut.
