Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amir Zuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nirvana - Lake of Fire. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zuka clinches.
Nice elbow from Zuka.
Brown takes a knee right on the jaw!
Brown tries for a takedown but Zuka manages to get underhooks.
Zuka lands an elbow that stopped Brown in his tracks for a moment.
Zuka lands an elbow inside.
Zuka lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Zuka crunches a lovely knee into Brown's ribcage.
Zuka connects with a nasty looking knee right to Brown's face.
Brown tries to pull guard but Zuka won't allow it.
Brown drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zuka lands a nice elbow.
Brown tries to pull guard but Zuka holds him up against the cage and eventually Brown drops back down to his feet.
Zuka lands an elbow that stopped Brown in his tracks for a moment.
Brown tries a body shot but Zuka blocks it.
Brown looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Brown is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Brown drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zuka prevents the takedown attempt.
Brown seems to have got his legs back now.

Zuka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Zuka forces Brown back against the cage and clinches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zuka gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Zuka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Brown blocks a head kick by Zuka.
Brown circles away from the clinch attempt.
Brown fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Zuka lands a big head kick that sends Brown to the canvas! Zuka follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
