Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hideyoshi Toyotomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hideyoshi Toyotomi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Costa checks a leg kick.

Costa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Toyotomi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Costa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Costa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Costa drops back looking for a leg! Toyotomi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Toyotomi manages to kick Costa off! Costa jumps back into Toyotomi's guard.
