Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demauler throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Demauler connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Yuri Zmertin has been cut.
Zmertin blocks a low kick nicely.
Demauler catches Zmertin with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zmertin gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Demauler wants to get back to striking at distance but Zmertin won't allow it.
Demauler can't break the clinch.
Demauler gets underhooks to prevent Zmertin's takedown attempt.

Demauler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Zmertin checks a leg kick.

Zmertin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Demauler is fending him off so far but Zmertin persists. Nope, Demauler circles away and we're back to standing.
Zmertin fails with a takedown attempt.

Horrible takedown by Zmertin or perhaps it was just good defense by Demauler which made him look bad.
Demauler moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Zmertin goes down! Can Demauler finish him!?

Demauler wants to stand but Zmertin has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Demauler gets to his feet. Zmertin looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Demauler scores with a sloppy right hand. Zmertin should have avoided that one.
Yuri Zmertin's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Demauler comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Demauler drives through and clinches with Zmertin against the cage.

Demauler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
No joy there for Demauler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Demauler looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Zmertin has managed to clinch.
Demauler is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Zmertin throws a head punch that misses.
Demauler pulls guard successfully.
Demauler utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Demauler preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Zmertin forces his way into half guard.
Zmertin is trying a forearm choke
I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Zmertin working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Demauler's thigh. Demauler counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Zmertin is looking to work some ground and pound but Demauler has wrist control.
Zmertin postures up in Demauler's guard and throws a big left but Demauler blocks it.
Demauler wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Demauler pushes Zmertin off and gets back to his feet.
Tigroklaws Demauler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice combination there by Demauler.
Jeez, Yuri Zmertin's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Yuri Zmertin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
