Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Piere or perhaps it was just good defense by Rory which made him look bad.
Piere shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rory as he avoids it easily.
Piere shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Georg St Piere. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rory slaps away a takedown attempt from Piere, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Piere changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rory tries to avoid it but Piere manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rory to the ground. Rory escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rory closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Piere to the mat! Piere manages to get full guard.
Rory postures up in Piere's guard and throws a big left but Piere blocks it.

Piere might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rory stops Piere from standing up.
Piere manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rory manages to get himself to full guard.

Rory looking for a guillotine here but Piere defends easily.
Piere trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Rory looking for a triangle here. Piere is fighting it but it looks tight! Rory pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Piere is tapping out - this one is all over!
