The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Johnson Jr fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.
Johnson Jr misses with a wild combination.
Johnson Jr throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jones lands a lovely overhand right.
Jones connects with the punch.
Jones showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Johnson Jr.
Johnson Jr throws out a leg kick but Jones moves out of range and Johnson Jr only half commits.
Johnson Jr throws a right and a left that both miss.

Johnson Jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Johnson Jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

The crowd cheers as Jones lands an impressive looking overhand right. Johnson Jr doesn't seem phased though.

Johnson Jr shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jones lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Marcus Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Johnson Jr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Jones lands with an uppercut that bounces Johnson Jr off the cage and back into rage.
Jones bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Oh Johnson Jr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jones connects with a nice cross there... Johnson Jr is looking wobbly and Jones recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Johnson Jr to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Jones jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
