Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hermio Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Guerilla Radio by RATM. Junior has chosen Tarde Demais as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior fails with the takedown.
Junior doesn't manage to clinch there - Smith circles away.

Smith cracks Junior with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

It looks like Hermio Junior has been cut.
Junior shoots in for a takedown but Smith shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Matt Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hermio Junior.

Junior tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Smith paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Smith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Junior to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Junior drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Junior jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Junior moves into the clinch successfully.

Smith pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Junior has a takedown stuffed.
Junior changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Junior manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Smith drops Junior with a beautiful combination! Junior stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Smith is looking for the KO!
Smith misses with a double jab.
Smith throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Junior.
Smith connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Junior to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Smith!
