Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hearse Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and question mark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). question mark will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, question mark!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mark clobbers Gracie with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A good leg kick by mark.
mark ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gracie moves away.

mark gets a takedown into half guard.
mark seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gracie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Gracie tries to get to full guard but mark has control of the leg.
Ground and pound from mark.
mark sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gracie defending well though.
Gracie is staying active underneath mark, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
mark thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head.

Gracie actively working from the bottom here.
Gracie wants to improve his position but mark is controlling well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
mark misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and mark holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

mark breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gracie tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but mark was well out of range. Poor timing from Gracie.
Gracie tries for a takedown but mark circles away easily

and mark counters with a single leg into guard. Gracie didn't expect that.
mark trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
mark must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
mark might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gracie kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Gracie is looking to sinch up a triangle. mark throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gracie's body to avoid the submission. Gracie has instead reached around mark's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gracie arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
