A fine choice. Barca has chosen Across the Alps as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Thorn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Barca slips under a jab.
Thorn throws a looping overhand right but Barca ducks down to avoid it.
Barca doesn't manage to clinch there - Thorn circles away.
Barca dodges the punch combination from Thorn.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thorn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Thorn shoots in looking for a takedown. Barca tries to sprawl out of it but Thorn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barca manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thorn tries to bum rush Barca with a series of wild strikes but Barca uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Barca stuffs the takedown.

Thorn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barca.

Thorn punishes Barca's body with a nice straight punch.
Barca tries to close the distance and clinch but Thorn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Thorn shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Barca manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Thorn is posturing up here but Barca has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Thorn tries to roll out but it's too tight and Thorn has to tap! Slick submission there by Barca!
