Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Kyoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akuma Pjiton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akuma Pjiton told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pjiton defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kyoto.

Pjiton closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Pjiton wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kyoto, who protects the arm well.

Pjiton wants to take a breather but Kyoto is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
