The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones drops Arson with a beautiful combination! Arson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!
It looks like Van Arson has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones lands a really nice looking cross but Arson seems unphased.
Jones throws a head kick but Arson moves out of range.

Connor Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Arson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jones sprawls well initially but Arson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
