Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lispen Familia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Clark!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark lands a body shot.
Clark scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Lispen Familia has been cut.
Familia misses with an uppercut. Clark saw that one coming.
Familia fails with a takedown attempt.
Familia tries to clinch there but Clark circles away.
Clark will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Clark throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Familia shoots in for a takedown but Clark shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Clark works over Familia's head and body with a nice combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Familia fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lispen Familia. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Familia will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Joe Clark is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Clark feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Familia's calf.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Familia. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Familia is breathing heavily.
Clark stalks Familia and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Familia's face. Familia staggers backwards, shaken.
Jab, jab by Clark - just one landing.
Lispen Familia's cut is getting worse.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Familia takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Clark lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Familia at a distance.
Decent striking displayed by Clark there.

A punch lands to the side of Familia 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Lispen Familia's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Familia wants to clinch.
Clark lands with a nice body punch.
Clark connects with a nice looking jab.
Clark lands a nice shot that snaps Familia's head back.
Jeez, Lispen Familia's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lispen Familia's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
