The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byron moves in looking to clinch but Grepp pushes him off.

Byron gets a clinch.
Grepp is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Byron is keeping busy.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Byron.
Byron comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Grepp blocks the elbow strike.
Grepp working hard to break the clinch.
Grepp takes an elbow to the forehead.

It looks like Inge Grepp has been cut.
Grepp can't break the clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Byron throws an elbow but misses.
Byron lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Byron lands a vicious elbow to the side of Grepp's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Byron tries to finish him with strikes but Grepp still seems able to defend himself so Byron steps back and lets Grepp get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
Byron wants to clinch up but Grepp keeps it at a distance.

Byron closes the distance and pushes Grepp back into the cage.
Byron lands a nice elbow.

That has opened up Inge Grepp's cut even more.

Grepp tries for a takedown but Byron manages to get underhooks.
Grepp tries to score a body lock takedown but Byron shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Byron creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Grepp's defenses.
Byron has Grepp pressed against the cage. He pushes Grepp back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Byron throws a beautiful elbow that sends Grepp crashing to the floor! Byron piles on the pressure with more strikes! Grepp is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
