Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matt Bismol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Byron Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bismol comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Pain. The key to victory for Matt Bismol has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders tries to close the distance and clinch but Bismol swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bismol fails with the takedown.
Bismol drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Sanders's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sanders manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bismol's best efforts.
Bismol seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sanders does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Bismol had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sanders is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bismol Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sanders's back instead.

Sanders loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Bismol scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sanders land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sanders stands and salutes the crowd.
