PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Teed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kalle Anka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anka has chosen My Territory as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Anka counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Teed is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Teed tries to break the clinch but Anka is controlling the position.

A frustrated look appears on Teed's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Anka is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Anka shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Teed pinned against the cage. Teed gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Teed decides to return to a standing position.

and Anka counters with a low kick, right behind Teed 's knee.

Anka thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Teed if he has to take too many more of those.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Teed feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Teed cracks Anka with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Anka bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
