Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommie Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samko Kahric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kahric has chosen BHF as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Chong misses.
Chong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chong throws a body punch but Kahric moves out of range.
Chong looks to land a combination but Kahric avoids it well.

Chong tries to bum rush Kahric with a series of wild strikes but Kahric uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kahric drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Chong manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kahric has Chong in his guard.

Kahric working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chong stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chong wants it to stay on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Chong misses with a jab, cross combination.

Chong throws a left that rocks Kahric and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Chong dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Kahric regain composure!

Chong trying to control but he's not successful this time.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Chong is pushing down on Kahric's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kahric is fighting to maintain full guard but Chong has managed to sneak the leg through.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Chong is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kahric is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Chong's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Chong duly obliges.

Chong throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Chong jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Chong throws a right hand that Kahric ducks under and follows up with a left that Kahric also avoids with ease.

Chong feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Kahric crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
