Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between George Mako (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beto Jamaica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mako throws a head kick that misses.
Mako throws a lazy right hand but Jamaica sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Jamaica is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jamaica can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mako sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
