Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mitsu Hide!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rumerk Murwain!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murwain swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Murwain misses with a hook.
Hide shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Murwain as he avoids it easily.
Hide shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Murwain but Murwain pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hide shoots for a takedown but Murwain saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mitsu Hide. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hide is looking to clinch.
Hide feints and as Murwain raises his hands in defense, Hide changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hide trying to control but Murwain is working from the bottom.
Hide is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Murwain scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Hide tries to score a power double leg takedown but Murwain sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hide somewhat.

Hide avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hide shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hide takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Mitsu Hide has been cut.
Murwain thows a body shot but no joy.
Murwain displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hide.
Rumerk Murwain is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hide fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Murwain avoids it really well and circles away.
Murwain throws a hook but Hide avoids it easily.
Murwain scores with a jab to the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hide misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hide uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Murwain.
Hide takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hide is breathing heavily.
A swing and a miss from Murwain.
Hide takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Murwain scores with a sloppy right hand. Hide should have avoided that one.
Mitsu Hide's cut is getting worse.
Murwain lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hide at a distance.
Murwain misses with a head kick.
Murwain throws a big shot that misses.
Murwain scores with a shot to the body.
Murwain misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hide.
Murwain jabs Hide right on the nose. Hide blinks but takes it well.

Murwain lands a left and a right that send Hide crashing to the mat, dazed. Murwain thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Hide is rocked!
Mitsu Hide's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
A jab from Murwain misses.
Murwain lands a big uppercut and Hide crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hide looks OK. Murwain waves Hide back to his feet!
Oh Hide is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Murwain cracks Hide with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Hide falls to his knees and Murwain doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rumerk Murwain!
