Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diaz lands a left and a right that send Saint P crashing to the mat, dazed. Diaz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Saint P is rocked!

It looks like George Saint P has been cut.
Diaz misses with a two punch combination.
Oh Saint P is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Saint P drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diaz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Saint P is controlling him.
Saint P is stalling in the full guard.
Saint P trying to control the position from guard on top but Diaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Saint P seems to have got his legs back now.
Saint P wants to pass the guard but Diaz is keeping the position.
Saint P thows a big elbow that misses.
Saint P postures up in Diaz's guard and throws a big left but Diaz blocks it.
Diaz is looking to stand up but Saint P isn't so interested in that idea.
Saint P slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Diaz tries to bum rush Saint P with a series of wild strikes but Saint P uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Saint P closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Diaz is in trouble now - Saint P has advanced to mount!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Saint P slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
