Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roland Mackie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Supko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Supko has chosen Sup Gonna Give it To Ya' as his entrance music. Roland Mackie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Supko throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mackie.
Supko pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mackie shoots in but no luck this time.
Mackie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Supko circles away.
Mackie fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roland Mackie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mackie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Mackie misses with a takedown attempt - Supko sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Mackie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mackie lands in his opponent's guard.

Supko wants to get back to his feet but Mackie drags him back down.

Mackie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Supko, who protects the arm well.

Mackie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Supko knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Supko is trying to control Mackie's posture but Mackie avoids it.
Supko is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Supko is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Mackie has an Americana. Supko didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Mackie is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Mackie hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
