The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hansson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hansson lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hansson pushes down on Magic's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Hansson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Oh Magic is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Magic is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hansson scores with a couple of nice shots.
Hansson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Magic with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hansson uses his free foot to push down on Magic's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Magic.

Hansson looking to isolate an arm here. Magic doesn't see it coming and as Hansson extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Hansson!
