Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiery Hogroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ister Band (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hogroe comes to the cage accompanied by Put On. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Band fails to land with a series of punches.
Both fighters circling a little - Hogroe finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

It looks like Thiery Hogroe has been cut.
Band stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hogroe parries the strikes from Band easily there. Band is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Hogroe to escape.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Hogroe takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Band throws a front kick aimed at Hogroe's knee but Hogroe avoids it well.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Band!
Band drops Hogroe with a beautiful combination! Hogroe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Band is looking for the KO!
Band closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Hogroe! Band dives in looking to finish! Hogroe is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ister Band!
