Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between BJ Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karsten Hemler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood works over Hemler's head and body with a nice combination.
Wood scores with a head kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Wood.
Hemler tries to clinch but Wood is having none of it.
Wood throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hemler tries to clinch there but Wood circles away.
Hemler takes a jab right on the kisser.
A combination from Wood does no damage.
Hemler moves in looking to clinch but Wood pushes him off.
Wood lands a head kick. Hemler smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Hemler is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Wood! Hemler is out on his feet! Wood rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Hemler is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Hemler is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
