The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Demidoff closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Demidoff lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Boleslav Demidoff overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Demidoff might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Demidoff stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dante swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dante seems to have recovered his senses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Dante just misses with a elbow thrown towards Demidoff's brow.

Dante looks up at the clock. Bad move! Demidoff lands a right hand from hell, dropping Dante. Demidoff pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
